The goal is to improve spinal motion and improve your body's physical function. Other forms of treatment may be prescribed depending on the severity of your spinal condition.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapists treat patients by applying pressure to manipulate the body's soft tissues and joints. It is a form of manual therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. This treatment helps to improve circulation, promote relaxation and relieves stress, pain, and injuries to aid in the general wellness of patients.
